Crucial Duties and Responsibilities:
  • co-ordinate all production activities to meet manufacturing goals through efficient use of resources (i.e. people, materials, machines and methodologies) in a safe and balanced working environment.
  • to ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality.
  • produce defect-free products or/and within the established standards.
  • perform at a high efficiency rate and able to write legibly and with attention to details.
  • perform accurate processing of products, complete tasks closely following cGMP, Quality and Work Instruction requirements.
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment, positive manner and be self motivated.
  • capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • ensure compliance with environment, health and safety and security policies and procedures, rules, signage and instructions at all times.
  • good interpersonal skill and communicate proficiently,
  • maintain intensity, persistence and continually strive to meet important metric.
  • result oriented, able to collaborate with teams and commit to consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly & yearly goals.
  • to participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • carries out other related duties as assigned by the leaders.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Min secondary school or any other relevant qualification
  • at least 2 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment.
  • applicants who posses proven experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply. If you do not posses the above experience, on-the-job training will be provided.
